Over 25 stamping presses ranging from 16 Tons to 400 Tons, supporting continuous progressive dies and precision deep-drawing for hardware components.

Automated 6-axis robotic welding cells paired with experienced master welders. Clean, spatter-free welding beads with 100% penetration inspection.

4. Automated Powder Coating Line

Continuous overhead conveyor pre-treatment and electrostatic powder coating line. Delivers UV-resistant, scratch-resistant outdoor finishes in matte black, textured, or custom RAL colors.

5. SS Mirror & Brushed Polishing

Electrolytic polishing and mechanical vibration deburring lines to ensure all edges are completely burr-free and smooth to the touch.

Focus: Zero sharp burrs — safe handling for consumer end-users

6. Custom Packaging & FBA Prep

Full e-commerce packaging engineering: ISTA-1A drop-test certified mail-order cartons, custom color boxes, barcode labeling, user manuals, and palletization.
